Refund Policy:
In order to be qualify for a refund your items must either:Â
- arrive damagedÂ
- have the incorrect spelling
- have the incorrect designÂ
If the above applies to your order please contact us immediately after receiving your goods. Photo evidence is required of the product and packaging to be eligible for a partial refund or full refund amount.
Returns:
As our products are food and mostly customised to your specific needs, we do not accept returns. If you feel unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to resolve your issue.Â
Cancellations:Â
If your circumstances change and you no longer require your order you must cancel your order 48 hours prior to your selected postal/delivery date and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time frame will incur a $15 cancellation fee with the remaining amount available as store credit for a future order.  Â
